Parliament publishes evidence submissions by H&P Director

H&P Director Andrew Blick has had two evidence submissions published online by Parliament. Both submissions were to the House of Commons Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC). One provides an historic perspective on exiting the EU and devolution:
