H&P director advises Welsh Government on Article 50 case

Last week the Supreme Court confirmed that the Scottish and Welsh Governments could be represented in the forthcoming Article 50 appeal case commencing on 5 December. The Welsh Council General, Mick Antoniw AM, has issued a statement on the grounds for his application to intervene, which reflect on the "extremely important constitutional issues regarding the legal framework for devolution in Wales and the United Kingdom". Andrew Blick will be advising on historical aspects of the use of the Royal Prerogative.
