H&P Director gives evidence to the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee

Dr Andrew Blick gave oral evidence today to the House of Commons Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee. The session was very wide-ranging and highly topical, including questions around the effect of No Confidence motions and interaction between such motions and the Fixed Term Parliament Act - as well as wider questions such as House of Commons resolutions and conventions, the lack of a written constitution, and the challenges of technology and resourcing.
