History & Policy is a unique collaboration between the Institute of Contemporary British History at King's College London and the University of Cambridge.
It is governed by a committee of senior historians and directed by Dr Andrew Blick, of King's College London. He is supported by a management committee comprising: Professor Richard Roberts (King's College London), Graham CopeKoga (Cambridge) Dr Adrian Bingham (Sheffield), Dr Helen McCarthy (Queen Mary, London), Dr Chris Williams (Open University), Prof Sally Sheard (Liverpool), Dr Jon Wilson (King's College London), Professor Simon Szreter (Cambridge), and Dr Paul Warde (Cambridge).
An editorial committee of senior historians with academic expertise across a wide range of historical periods and themes provide specialist advice on H&P's policy papers.
With long-established offices in King's College London and the University of Cambridge, H&P is an expanding Partnership currently supported by 6 Higher Education Institutes: King’s College London, University of Bristol, University of Cambridge, The University of Edinburgh, University of Leeds, and The University of Sheffield.
We are the only project in the UK providing access to an international network of more than 500 historians with a broad range of expertise. H&P offers a range of resources for historians, policy makers and journalists.
